Like so many, I was destined to make the change from top-billing consultant to recruitment business owner.

After launching, growing and selling two successful recruitment businesses, I’m excited to motivate and inspire your success by sharing experience, insights and tried and tested strategies on how to leverage the great opportunities in today’s market.

Recruitment has been good to me and has given me the freedom to spend time with my family and do the things I love in life. Now, I get a buzz out of working with recruitment businesses following a similar path and helping them navigate their way through the hurdles; the crazy days… the fun days, the “why am I doing this” days to achieving their much anticipated success.
