Letting go to grow

Sometimes it’s not easy to do because we like to maintain control. However, letting go of tasks outside your skillset or below your pay grade will free up your time to work on high impact business activities.

And often when you let go of those tasks you “intend” to do regularly but never get around to, when they become part of somebody else’s JD they get done!
